Each year NCCSE posts the Red Book, a parent and staff development handbook.  NCCSE presents these workshops for parents and professionals in special education.  The trainings are free, and a great resource for parents. You can view the Red Book at the link below or request a hard copy through NCCSE. I hope to see you at the trainings!
